Customer Reviews

Exactly what we hoped for

“The hardwax oil finish in our dining room is beautiful. The only small thing was that they arrived a little later than planned on day one, but they kept us informed and still finished on time.”

Great work at our school

“They completed our classroom floors in a single half-term week. The team were careful, safe and tidy, and staff were really impressed.”

A transformed hall

“They worked around our services and events, finished on schedule and left the hall spotless. The hall feels bright and welcoming again.”

Decking looks much better

“Our tired deck has its colour back. The weather pushed the start date back a few days, which is understandable, and they rearranged quickly. Happy with the result.”

They rescued our parquet

“We were ready to rip the parquet out. They re-laid the loose blocks and replaced the missing ones, sanded and lacquered it, and the repairs are invisible.”

Pleased with the floor

“Our lounge floorboards came up really well. Communication before the job could have been a little quicker, but on site they were efficient and tidy.”

One day, huge improvement

“Our oiled kitchen floor was looking dull and patchy. Done in a day and it has its lovely sheen back. They said a full sand was not necessary, which saved us money.”

Amazed by how clean it was

“I expected dust everywhere after a friend's experience with another company. This team used extraction on every machine and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. Floor looks superb.”

Our floorboards look brand new

“From start to finish the team were punctual, tidy and genuinely cared about the result. There was virtually no dust and the floor looks incredible.”

Scratches gone

“Our lacquered oak had lots of fine scratches from the dog. Their re-coating service has made it smooth and shiny again. Good tips on protecting it too.”

Fair price, brilliant finish

“Clear quote with no surprises. They explained the oil options without any pressure and the colour sample matched what we wanted perfectly.”

Period floorboards brought back

“Under the old carpet were paint-splattered Victorian boards. They replaced a few split boards, filled the gaps and sanded everything back — the floor is now the star of the house.”
